Shanghai trip...

Hello, my apologies again for the lack of update. Been lazy to type things here... Finding it troublesome to think of sentences, choosing the right word and grammar to fill in the blanks of this blog.

I prefer to tell my stories face to face to my friends... it's quicker, plus meet up sessions are sure to come with loads of laughter. Along with yummy food and, depending on the place, eye candies... LOL

Not to say that I deliberately keep my outstation friends in the dark over what's happened in my life. No, it's far from that. I have MSN to compensate for the lack of blogging. hehe

Which explains my speed of typing, to which my colleagues often comment while I MSN at work... shhhh..... ;)

Anyway, the latest update... I was back from Shanghai last night.. with my parents, and my dad's friends, for 7 nights.

At some lake in some town... forgot liao.. haha

The trip was... not too bad... went to scenic places, historic places, shopping (tourist cut throating prices). First night spent at Shanghai, then we went to Suzhou, followed by Wu Xi, Nanjing, Hangzhou (2 nights) and back to Shanghai.

The impression of Shanghai to me was the city seems to be dirty... becoz there were old buildings among the new ones, the roads were dirty with dirt, then there were brown leaves that fell from trees, and there was this haze that keeps blanketing the city and other towns.. so the vision to me was that it's dirty.. =.= but Shanghai's impressive becoz at almost every corner that you look, there's a high rise building

At Dr Sun Yat Sen's memorial park. That's his final resting place. 392 steps in total.

Suzhou is the most beautiful one and Nanjing is the most backward, with lots of old buildings and the least number of high rise buildings.

Lush greens, beautiful stream, petals floating on the water.

There were A LOT of tourists (local and international) at the places I went, becoz it was spring time. And boy, the scenery were all very beautiful becoz the trees were all blossoming with pink flowers and some, red leaves.

Tea plantation. Long Jing tea.

Speaking of tourists, wah the local chinese people dam kiasu wan. and disgusting.
Smoking at every instances they get, spitting on the road, pushing you just to get that lil bit quicker... ughh
